TUN-CAR made Wire Straightness Checking Gauge assures straightness of cut wires to highest precision and international standards. This in turn helps to get uniform thickness of coating and increased production as the extruder would not be stopped every now and then due to wire feeding problem.

Use of cut wires, checked as per Wire Straightness Checking Gauge along with controlled quality wire gauge nipples gives very fast, smooth and trouble free setting for feeding of wires. Extrusion of Electrodes can continue without stoppages because with this gauge one can effectively control the size and of wire fed to the extruders for continuous operation. Thus losses due to frequent stoppage of machines does not arise.

Wire Straightness Checking Gauge is made of wear resistant carbide inserts with steel covering for strength sand ease for use. They are machined to precalculated precise size and closely controlled tolerance to ensure that wire, which passes through the gauge, is absolutely straight according to the international standards.

NOTE: The gauges are provided with caliberation rods (GO & NOGO) to ensure fitness throughout its use.
